Asian Paints board declares interim dividend of Rs 9.50

Asian Paints Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 25, 2012, inter alia, have approved a payment of interim dividend of Rs. 9.50 (Rupees nine and paise fifty only) per Equity Share of the face value of Rs. 10 each for the financial year ending March 31, 2013. The interim dividend will be paid on or after November 02, 2012.Source : BSE
