Expect DLF to book 1.7msf area in Q2FY13: KR Choksey

KR Choksey has come out with its earnings estimates on DLF for September quarter FY13. According to the research firm, the company's Q2FY13 sales are likely to go down by 2% at Rs 2,475 crore, Year-on-Year (YoY) basis.

The company's net profit is seen down 13% at Rs 323 crore, YoY.

Expect company to book 1.7msf area in the current quarter.Weakness in real estate sector and no new launches to impact top-line growth. Operating margins to improve y-o-y, due to cost efficiency,reflecting more project executions Net margins to decline y-o-y on the back of higher interest burden & depreciation.
