Tata Power appoints Mr Cyrus P Mistry as Chairman

Tata Power Company Ltd has informed BSE that effective November 08, 2012, Mr. Ratan N. Tata has stepped down as Chairman of Tata Power and Mr. Cyrus P. Mistry has been appointed Chairman. Mr. Tata will however continue on the Board of Tata Power till his retirement in December 2012.In this regard, the Company has issued a Press Release dated November 08, 2012 titled "Ratan N. Tata steps down as Chairman, Tata Power; Cyrus P. Mistry appointed as Chairman".Source : BSE
