RS Software recommends final dividend

R.S. Software (India) Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 12, 2013, inter alia, have recommended Final Dividend for the Financial Year 2012-13 @ 20% i.e. Rs. 2 per share to the Equity Shareholders of the Company which is subject to approval from Equity Shareholders.Source : BSE
