Due to this the number of shares of Promoter and Promoters group Company of M/s. Indus Finance Corporation has been increased to 6,897,992 (74.51%) from 6,738,557 (72.79%).

Indus Finance Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to the approval of the High Court of Madras vide its Order dated August 29, 2013, in respect of Amalgamation of M/s. Subuthi Investments Private Limited, a Promoter group Company of M/s. Indus Finance Corporation Limited, with M/s. Karumuthu Finance Private Limited, the latter i.e. M/s. Karumuthu Finance Private Limited has become a member of Promoter group of Indus Finance Corporation Ltd, in the place M/s. Subuthi Investments Private Limited.Due to this the number of shares of Promoter and Promoters group Company of M/s. Indus Finance Corporation Limited has been increased to 6,897,992 (74.51%) from 6,738,557 (72.79%).Source : BSE
