ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund has launched ICICI Prudential Growth Fund - Series 4, a close ended equity scheme with the objective to provide capital appreciation by investing in a well diversified portfolio of equity and equity related securities.
The New Fund Offer (NFO) opens for subscription from October 13 to October 27, 2014. The New Fund Offer price for the scheme is Rs 10 per unit.
The plan offers direct plan and regular plan with dividend payout option.
The minimum application amount is Rs 5000 and in multiples of Rs 10 thereafter.
The entry load and exit load charge are not applicable for the scheme.
The scheme will invest 80% - 100% of its assets in equity & equity related instruments with medium to high risk profile and invest upto 20% of assets in debt, money market instruments and cash with low to medium risk profile. Investment in securitized debt can be upto 50% of debt allocation of the scheme.
The benchmark Index for the scheme will be CNX Nifty Index. The scheme is proposed to be listed on BSE.
The fund managers of the scheme are Manish Gunwani and Ashwin Jain (For investments in ADR / GDR and other foreign securities).
