Jain Studios Ltd has informed BSE that Audit Committee of the Company has been re-constituted at the Board meeting held on November 12, 2012, by addition of Dr. Ragini Jain as member of the Audit Committee in place of Shri J. C. Jetli, so as to now consist of two independent directors of the Company (Shri Vishnu Bhagwan and M. D. Asthana and one non-independent Director, wherein Shri Vishnu Bhagwan is the Chairman of the Audit Committee.Source : BSE
