AIA Engineering Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has purchased of 13000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10 each (being 2.04% of the Paid-up Share Capital) of Welcast Steels Limited, Ahmedabad (WSL), a Subsidiary of the Company.Further the Company has informed that, with the purchase of the said Equity shares, the total Shareholding of the Company in WSL is increased from 464661 (72.80%) to 477661 (74.84%).Source : BSE
