CFD/PC/AT/PS/OW/17574/2013 dated July 18, 2013, to comply with the Minimum Public Shareholding requirement in terms of Rule 19A of Securities Contracts (Regulation) Rules, 1957.The Company's total shareholding in L&T Finance Holdings Limited stands at 81.50%.Source : BSE
