To consider the Un-Audited Financials Results for the Quarter/Nine months ended December 31, 2013.2. To consider the proposal of the Shifting of the registered office from Coimbatore to Chennai.3. To consider the proposal of change in line of business of the Company.4. To consider the proposal for change in Object Clause of Memorandum of Association of the Company.5. To consider the change in the Name of the Company.6.
