Book some profits in PNB, says Krish Subramanium

Krish Subramanium of Asit C Mehta Investment Intermediates is of the view that one may book some profits in Punjab Natiobal Bank.

Krish Subramanium of Asit C Mehta Investment Intermediates told CNBC-TV18, "On relative terms, Punjab National Bank  (PNB) looks better but we are going a bit cautious on banks.  We might see some sort of sharp profit taking coming about in most of these banks and we are more keen on booking some of the profits rather than taking any aggressive bets on the long side."

At 14:44 hrs Punjab National Bank was quoting at Rs 782.10, up Rs 30.75, or 4.09 percent. It has touched an intraday high of Rs 785 and an intraday low of Rs 751.90.

The share touched its 52-week high Rs 852.15 and 52-week low Rs 402.20 on 20 May, 2013 and 04 September, 2013, respectively. Currently, it is trading 8.22 percent below its 52-week high and 94.46 percent above its 52-week low. Market capitalisation stands at Rs 28,317.49 crore.
