Indiabulls Securities Ltd has informed BSE that on May 02, 2014, the Company has issued and allotted 1,31,25,095 (One Crore Thirty One Lacs Twenty Five Thousand Ninety Five) Equity shares of face value Rs. 2/- each, upon conversion of equivalent number of warrants.Consequent to the said allotment, the paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased from Rs. 49,05,14,830/- divided into 24,52,57,415 Equity of face value Rs. 2/- each to Rs. 51,67,65,020/- divided into 25,83,82,510 Equity of face value Rs. 2/- each.Source : BSE
