Amtek India: Outcome of allotment committee meeting

Amtek India in its meeting held July 02, 2014 have allotted 325264 equity shares at Rs 103.005 per shares upon the conversion of FCCB's of USD 0.60 million out of FCCB's issue of USD 70 million.

Amtek India Ltd has informed BSE that Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held July 02, 2014 have allotted 325264 equity shares at Rs. 103.005/- per shares upon the conversion of FCCB's of US$ 0.60 million out of FCCB's issue of US$ 70 million.The Committee further allotted 97537 equity shares at Rs. 103.005/- per share upon the conversion of FCCB's of US $ 0.20 Million out of FCCB's issue of US $ 130 million.Source : BSE
