Adhunik Metaliks Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 03, 2012, has approved shifting of the Registered Office of the Company from the State of West Bengal to the State of Odisha, subject to approval of the members of the Company by way of Postal Ballot and subject to confirmation by the Regional Director (Eastern Region)/Ministry of Corporate Affairs.Source : BSE
