Unique Organics clarifies EPS for Sept 2012 at 1.12

With reference to the earlier announcements regarding un-audited financial results for the quarters ended June 30, 2012 and September 30, 2012, Unique Organics Ltd has now informed BSE that due to inadvertence, the Company have reported wrong EPS for the said quarters. As a result the correct EPS for the quarter ended June 30, 2012 should be 3.12 in place of 0.31 reported & for the quarter ended September 30, 2012 should be 1.12 in place of 0.11.Source : BSE
